• We grow together

The Pando Bridge Collective exists to empower Orange County’s neurodivergent community by simplifying the complex.

We provide families with the structural support and logistical expertise needed to navigate the Regional Center, IHSS, and educational advocacy. Our mission is to turn confusing bureaucracy into accessible resources, ensuring every family has the tools to secure the social, medical, and educational supports their children deserve.

Meet Aspen

I’ve spent 15 years building workflows and processes for corporations and small businesses.

When I started navigating the Lanterman Act for my own family, I realized that the same project management and organizational skills I used to coordinate projects across departments are exactly what parents need to navigate the complex systems of services for their neurodivergent kids without burning out.

My journey into operations began in a Health Sciences Bookstore in 2007. I was a Sales Floor Supervisor working my way through my undergraduate History degree and DVD box sets of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I noticed our medical book ordering process was a mess. Proactively, I developed a tracking system, convinced my boss to let me train the team, and proved that a good process doesn't just save time and offer better service—it saves sanity. This is where I found the work that will keep me in flow late into the night - I take disorganized systems and bring order to the chaos.

Since then, I’ve built a career as a Corporate Trainer, Project Manager, and Director of Operations, specializing in developing and implementing cost-saving workflows and communication strategies.

Let’s talk, and figure out how we can help bring order and community to your life. You don’t have to do this alone!
